Applies to orders within Pakistan
1. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability and payment authorization.
2. Pricing
Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payments
Orders paid via card or bank deposit are processed after payment authorization (up to 48 hours).
4. Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders within Pakistan
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days
- No dispatches on weekends or gazetted holidays
- Delays may occur due to force majeure events
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement (pre-dispatch)
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will be refunded once the return is received
6. Returns
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to be eligible for return.
